Method:

  2. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in 2 to 3 tablespoons of water until the hummus is smooth and has a creamy consistency.

  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt, lemon juice, or cumin to taste.

  4. Transfer the hummus to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.

  5. Serve with pita bread, crackers, veggies, or use as a sandwich spread.
